Some of the single family homes that we completed are shown below:

Dunn Residence, Ocean City, Maryland
Designed a complex "resort residence" with a roof framing that included a truss, spanning 45'-0" with glued laminated members; completed in 1996.

Ostend Court, Baltimore, Maryland
Designed 10-new 3-story townhouses with TJI framing members. The floors were cantilevered for 4'-0", the framing of which included steel beams, kickers and masonry walls; completed in 2003.

HOPE III Housing, City of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland
Evaluated existing 25- townhouses, and prepared construction documents for the "rehabilitation and modifications" to existing units; completed in 2003.

Leadenhall Housing, City of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland
Evaluated existing 24-townhouses, and prepared construction documents for existing townhouses and new 9-units; completed in 2007.

Eubie Black Place, Phase II, Baltimore, Maryland
Renovated 15-existing townhouses, and designed new 9-townhouses. Generally, the renovation work included several field trips, reports and sketches; completed in 1997.

Cherry Hill Homes, City of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland
Evaluated existing 22-existing two story buildings with the concrete framing, and provided modifications for stairs; completed in 2000.

2100 Eutaw Place, Baltimore, Maryland
Evaluated an existing 5-story building in historical district, and reinforced existing joists with a micro-lam plate 2x6 at bottom of joists, to increase "bending capacity". Also, provided plans for a mezzanine floor within an existing two (2) story place; completed in 1997.

Yaffe Residence, Owings Mills, Maryland
Designed a large residence with 5000 sq.ft. with a floor framing of wood trusses. The exterior walls included "cantilevered concrete walls". The porch included an arch, built in segments, to provide a large vaulted entrance; completed in 1999.

Johnston Residence, Rockville, Maryland
Modified "existing roof trusses" over the garage, and provided a new room within an existing attic space with a new floor and roof framing. Also, provided "construction sequence" to keep the existing roof framing in place, while new framing is provided; completed in 2007.

McQuaid Residence, Baltimore, Maryland
Evaluated existing floor framing and load bearing walls, and provided new floor framing, and "reinforcing details" to existing floor framing. The main feature included an exposed steel stair at the entrance of the house; completed in 2005.
